1 dead after plane makes emergency landing in Philadelphia


PHILADELPHIA – A Southwest Airlines plane with a damaged engine and a broken window made an emergency landing Tuesday in Philadelphia. Authorities say Jennifer Riordan was killed in the incident and seven others were treated for injuries at the scene, federal investigators said. We’re following this developing story closely. She was the wife of Michael Riordan, who served until recently as the chief operating officer for the city of Albuquerque.
